"Quadruple room was too small even for 1 person. We stayed in much bigger and better hotel in nearby La Spezia for half the price. Also the description was misleading, it said 2 double beds and 2 single beds, while it actually was 1 double bed (which is for 2 people) and 1 bunk bed. Check in was cumbersome as they couldn't explain in clear English that that room can actually take 4 people, also the room reeked tobacco smoke (though they changed it after). "The view from the place is amazing. Susanna and Massimo are really nice . They welcomed us well and gave us good advices to visit Cinque Terre. There is a free parking 8 min from the B&B to take the train . We recommend and we will come back with pleasure . "

"I wish we’d stay longer. The property was amazing, matching such beautiful surroundings and sights of lovely Porto Venere! Also, the service and care shown by Giovanni is unmatched. "Best vacation rental we ever had I think. Don't expect luxury, it's rustic but the location and size is fantastic. I wouldn't want to visit with toddlers though, too many steps. Be aware, although there were a nice selection of cooking items there was pretty much nothing else (like soap, toilet paper, detergent, clean sponge, trash bags etc.We had an absolute blast in Lerici with our teens :)"

"We had such a great stay in this beautiful place. Annemarie is the perfect host, she created an amazing place, very warm and welcoming, cute little details and the house was absolutely spotless! "It was absolutely amazing. The home had tons of character. Straight out of the story books of Italy. Nice breeze blowing throughout the house with the windows open. Great kitchen for cooking. Balcony dinners were the best. The walking streets outside of the home were very magical as well. Only negative was limited parking but a minor problem for such a great place. "
