« It was close to a very pretty beach, which was nice. The neighborhood is very quiet. The only downside was that the bedrooms were up stairs and the stairs were very steep. I didn’t notice that in the write up to the property it might have changed my rental of it. I would rate it very highly for anyone that doesn’t have trouble with stairs. The air conditioning was excellent, and the property is well appointed the owners were lovely and responsive. »

« This beach house is absolutely perfect! So adorable and clean! It was right across from the beach with a quaint back yard and partial ocean views from the front. The rooms were so cute and the beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds. This home was very reasonably priced and managed very well by Kristine. Kristine is very hospitable, very sweet and also responds quickly. Fantastic experience. We will definitely come back again. If you are looking for a beach house, stop looking...

« The location and property itself were great, but we had a few issues during our stay. The hot water heater was not working when we arrived, so we were unable to take showers for the first two days. To the owner's credit, it was eventually repaired.There was also a persistent musty odor throughout the unit. In addition, the listing advertised air conditioning, but the seasonal AC units had not yet been installed, making it difficult to cool the place down and sleep comfortably.As a final first...
