« We were looking for country experiences on our trip to NZ and this was a great stop with a very friendly host. Ray was watching for us at the driveway to his quaint setting. Beautiful flowers and trees nestled near a river with pastures of sheep. Ray offered alot of info regarding nearby sites and lifestyle in his part of NZ. The property is small and separate rooms for fridge and kitchen/bathroom which is detailed on his site. »

« Be prepared for a tiny stay! It was a really nice spot and the host was extremely kind! We arrived way too late on accident and Rose still helped us find the accommodations. Google maps will take you to the farm address the actual accommodations are just beyond that right down the road. It was extremely clean, and a good place to stay. The views are gorgeous! « This was a great base camp for exploring the Catlins. Beds were clean and comfortable, although I felt I had to wipe down the kitchen before using it. The property was amazing! Beautiful views of the estuary, a peaceful place to walk in the mornings, and good view of stars at night. »
