From the homegrown veggies and freshly-picked flowers waiting for us when we got there, to the serenely peaceful environment and proximity to the talladega national forest…I can’t overstate how wonderful our stay was. « The beautiful property is secluded enough for relaxation, yet only 10 minutes from the grocer. The cabin is very well put together using what appears to be reclaimed/refurbished materials from the period. It has all the moderns of today with the feel of 'Grampa's Cabin'.We hope to make this our regular accommodations while visiting nearby family. Thanks for the memories! »

« This was a lovely, well stocked house in a beautiful location. I would definitely stay here again. The only mentionable con was the downstairs master bed was not very comfortable and extremely noisy anytime you made the slightest movement. My spouse and I ended up sleeping in separate bedrooms as a result. Luckily, there were multiple beds so it was an easy adjustment. Again, I’d stay here again despite the bed. Our family had a great getaway! »
