"The customer service was beyond amazing! So friendly, so helpful! I can’t say enough good things about the staff. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was good. The only thing negative i can say is we were disappointed the hot tub didn’t work. And that’s the reason we booked this hotel. But with everyone being so nice and helpful we couldn’t be mad."

"Cold AC. Showers are kinda a cool pod shape. Hot water. Rooms cleaned nicely during visit. Breakfast had scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon days, coffee juice, toast, bagels and fruit. Also yogurt. They definitely try and it shows. Certainly a nice place at a very reasonable price. I stayed 5 days for work. When I allowed it, my room was cleaned and restocked. I felt safe here. And I actually never heard the aircraft even though at the end of a runway. I was on 3rd floor facing Highway. Surprisingly quiet."

"When I first pulled into the parking area, I was a little concerned, then saw that the hotel is still under construction. The gentleman at the front desk was professional, friendly, and patient, especially considering he was handling check-ins on his own. My room was very comfortable, the A/C was kicking (always appreciated in Florida!), and I had one of the best nights sleep I’ve had in a while. The bed was incredibly comfortable. My only suggestions would be to add a little more lighting in the room. Aside from the entrance light, there were just the two nightstand lamps, so a floor lamp would make a big difference. A comfortable sitting chair or a small table and chairs would also be a nice addition. Since the hotel is still undergoing construction, these may very well be improvements that are coming down the road. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and was pleasantly surprised after my initial arrival. I’d definitely stay again!"
