« The room was very clean and your liking. The pool was freezing and not heated like stated in the sea of the property. Staff were not helpful. They were often sitting on their phones or eating. The breakfast was terrible. The waffle makers did not work. It was not open at the time stated and the juices were rancid. The staff did help after bringing up these discrepancies. We will not stay again. »
