Penalty $250 FEE, asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be issued. 2) Only ONE pet is allowed at the property. $90 Pet fee and $250 refundable deposit required. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Pet poop must be cleaned up. 3) No parties or events allowed. Please note there is an exterior camera recording sound and movement. Got to see some deer in the backyard at dusk. Perfect distance for Kings Island and all our other shopping needs. Sound does travel in the house so bring ear plugs if sleeping is difficult for you.
