« Loved my stay here. loved the area, quiet bldg. Directions for checkin was very thorough step by step. Had everything in apt as if you were home. Maid service needs to be more thorough in cleaning and do a better job at it. Check seating areas and vacuum it, use newer sheets on bedding instead of olds that don't come clean. »

« Very cute spot. Love the location!!! Access was easy. The cons were that the house needed some cleaning as it had dead bugs and smelled like the house had been locked up for months. Linen smelled of dust. All easy fixes. Would book the larger house if i bring my kids to the area! »

« We stayed at the property for 12 days and loved it. House is in a very nice and in a quiet neighborhood. Everything in the house worked as it should and seemed clean. I did see one review about the house being a condo and hearing a dog bark from the otherside. I will say I never herd a dog or anything noise threw are entire stay. The upstairs space is a little small but having such a large basement definitely made up for it. I would highly recommend to anyone »

« The location of this property was perfect for our purposes, however, I don’t believe the home to be brand new as advertised, but it was very spacious, quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed the deck, but wished it had a grill. It also would have been nice to have recommendations for where to pick up groceries or eat. « Location was great with a good neighborhood. House was not clean and a lot of leftover stuff from previous tenants. Lawn was in desperate need of being mowed. Dealing with property management was a nightmare prior to stay. We got moved to different dates without our permission, added charges later, and asked if another family could stay towards end of our stay whom we did not know. Very unprofessional. No refunds whatsoever just so you know once you book property. »

« I'm giving a 4 star because rhis was our 2nd stay in this house. It was slightly less appealing than our first stay, which was fabulous! This time around communication with the property group wasn't as prompt. We were promised a discount since this was our 2nd stay but we have yet to see the discount applied to our account. The house was still clean but not as pristine as it was on our first stay. Overall, still a good little house if just need a comfy place to sleep for a few days! »

« The inside of this property was clean and as billed. Repairs needed to the ceiling and furniture did not impact our stay. The upstairs bedroom/loft was very nice and comfortable. The neighborhood is transitional. I passed by the house twice thinking the property couldn’t be a VRBO—the yard was overgrown and the grass and weeds had gone to seed (therefore the 3 star for property cleanliness). A retaining wall was in need of repair. Again, this did not impact our stay, but these are easy fixes...

« This was a great option for family merging from multiple states for a Purdue graduation. While away from campus, we needed the beds provided. The only downside is that usu when I VRBO, I usu cook all meals. I do take most things for cooking with me. If you plan to cook a lot, take extra pots/pans, etc. Otherwise, there is ample dishes to eat on. Number of bathrooms were great. Back yard is very nice for outdoor games. Grill worked great as well. Overall, great stay. »

"La première chambre qui nous à été assignée était sal. Une odeur d'humidité régnait. Aucun abat-jour sur les lampes, climatiseur très bruyant et désuet, douche/bain tellement usé que l'émail était rendu mat, toilette qui coule et la cerise sur le sundae, un mille patte mort sur le plancher. Il y avait aussi une forte odeur de cannabis dans le corridor du rez-de-chaussé. Ils nous ont bien-sûr changer de chambre mais la 2e n'était pas mieux. On as même trouver une coquerelle morte sur le carrelage de la salle de bain. Nous étions là pour le weekend de l'Indy500 et aucun autre hôtel n'était disponible. Nous avons donc dû faire avec mais je déconseille fortement cet hôtel. The first room was horrible. There was a strong humidity odour in the room and cannabis in the corridor. There were no lampshade on the lamps, the air conditionner was old and very loud, the toilet was sinking and the bathub was dirty. On top of that, we found a dead crawler on the floor. They changed our room for one on the second floor that was not better. In the second room, we found this time a dead cockroach lying on the floor in the restroom and some old chips pieces on the room's carpet. We were there for the Indy500 weekend and there were not a ton of hôtel room available in the surroundings so we had to deal with it but I don't recommand this hotel to anybody. "
