« I can't fault this establishment. Quick efficient check-in by Victoria who was helpful. Clean well appointed spacious rooms with all the amenities as listed. Moreblessing from housekeeping converted the sofa into a luxurious well laid bed which my daughter enjoyed. Well kitted kitchen, hot shower in the bathroom, handy office space and great breakfast nook. The only downside with this property is the lack of an elevator. Lugging suitcases up and down the stairs was not fun. Also be careful when...

« This place is the worst I have ever seen in term of professionalism. First of all, they did not find our booking. Then, they pretended we did not pay, even when we did show them the proof ou payment and the fact that money was taken from our bank account. They were absolutely rude and spoke very badly to my staff (I booked 3 rooms for people of my firm). It seems like a scam, when they presented fake payment failure. Please hotel.com, dont work with hôtels like that. »
