"The fan in our room was loud and there was some loud people close to our room late at night (not the hotels fault I know). We asked to move rooms and they let us have another room on the upper floor. The rest of our stay was quiet and pleasant. The staff is very helpful and friendly. "

"I would highly recommend staying at the Hyatt Regency Niagara Falls Fallsview! Went with my girlfriends for a fun girls night! Bed was super comfortable, didnt even need to bring my own pillow! Hotel was clean, spectacular views and so close to everything! STK for dinner was conveniently close and so much fun! 10/10👌✨️"

"I am writing to report a concerning experience during my recent stay at The Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls booked through Expedia. While preparing for bed, we discovered a bug underneath the pillows in the bed. This was very distressing and raised immediate concerns about the cleanliness and overall standards of the room. We reported the issue to the front desk right away and were advised to follow up via email. However, this situation significantly impacted our comfort and confidence in the room. In addition, the hotel pool was advertised as an amenity, but the water was uncomfortably cold and not enjoyable to use, which was disappointing."
