This restored 1900's built farmhouse is cozy and perfect for getting away to relax. Conveniently located 15-minutes outside of Waco. With a firepit fully equipped with wood and everything you need for s'more making, a wraparound porch to enjoy coffee and a fun game room to experience some of the classic video games to include Zelda, Mega man and Super Mario. Come build memories in the nostalgia of old and new at the Cozy Illy! Guest access You have access to the whole interior and backyard and carport. There is a renter in the back warehouse, fyi. This also makes for great photo views, as shown here with this photo of an approaching jaguar. Food and snack prices are also very reasonable, as are prices for souvenirs.
