"Was fortunate to stay in their newly opened wing. Super clean, great amenities, friendly staff. Parking is nearby and validated by hotel (sundial parking garage). Ver walkable to local restaurants and Jannus Landing. Will stay again to visit Dali museum and the Pier. Nice coffee shop in lobby and they are working on a rooftop bar."

"One side of this hotel faces a popular dance club Good night John boy, and if your room is on that side, you will hear loud booming music until the early am. At least on a weekend night. I had a sound machine and I could not fall sleep until 2am. And we were supposedly on a “high floor”, 8th floor. Other than that, hotel was nice. Parking was easy in the garage. "

"It’s a 2 star hotel which is what it looks like. Boderline clean, bedding not great, the bathroom was re done which was nice. It’s what I expected. Anything over $200 a night is wayyy too much. The location is key. Near everything. "

"Staff was friendly. However, the property itself was very very dirty, including the rooms. It is very old, we couldn’t even charge our phones because the plug would just fall out of the outlets. Lots of little roaches. Would not come back. "

"Staff was outstanding, always a friendly greeting when you entered the hotel. Staff was very helpful when needed. Tap room was a nice place to have breakfast outside. Location was perfect, walking distance to downtown or the pier in the water areas. "

"Friendly staff and very accomodating, decent breakfast for free. Valet parking is your only option, however the attendents were excellent and always had our car out for when we requested. Only wish the outdoor pool was heated as it is on the second floor of the building."
