"Room cleaning could be improved - our rubbish bin was not emptied and was overflowing, beds were not made. There was no box of tissues in our room but my son's room had one. Other than that, everything was very good."

"We had wonderful 2 nights stay at Hanbury Manor. Beautiful historic building with amazing grounds, lovely spa and restaurant. We had a small problem with our room and Courtney at reception dealt with quickly and professionally. And our room was spacious and clean with lovely view. We had delicious cocktails at the bar made by Chris. He is excellent barman and we enjoyed his recommendations. Dinner at Zodiac was excellent, dinner was superb with excellent service and attentive staff, we were looked after by Jetmir & his crew. Thank you to all at Hanbury Manor, can’t fault anything at all, we will definitely return and definitely recommend. "
