I loved the staff and the aesthetic of the room. It was too cute & very clean, comfortable, and etc. kinda thought it was different how they have to bring a microwave lol! Anyways yeah I would most definitely stay here again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The restaurant downstairs was quite good. The hotel staff were above and beyond, they tied up my various charging cables neatly with cable ties, which I find very handy indeed. The hotel is across the street from Google and very close to the Guiness Brewery and the Fulton Market area. Lots of food choices.

Did not seem well kept. The room was okay. Room service did not replenish enough towels... they should know how many guests are staying in the room and we had to ask for additional towels since there was the three of us. Front desk was very responsive and friendly. Loved the coffee bar downstairs. Easy walk to all venues outside of the hotel.

This is the last place I would stay in Fulton market / west loop. Go to the Hoxton or spend the extra money and stay at nobu or soho house. The only good thing about this place was the location. Staff was not friendly upon check in. Gave no direction. The aesthetic of the rooms is freaky. Low budget jail sell

Fantastic atmosphere and staff! The beds were also surprisingly comfortable compared to what I was expecting. Complimentary robes to wear were super comfortable, too. Parking situation kinda stinks. Super super limited parking, the street parking is a pain to figure out. We ended up paying the $73 to valet park and then took the L to get where we needed to go. Conveniently there are two close train stations to walk too and you can get anywhere from them.

My room was very cold and was unable to change the temperature. Half of the television channels didn’t work. The staff was wonderful and the room was very clean.

Really enjoyed my stay. Great location. Room had everything I needed. The rooftop area on m floor was super cute. Breakfast at Fora was great. Would stay there again.

The receptionist at check in was not friendly sadly ! I got to the room at 9:00, closed the shades, and went to sleep. Woke up in the morning and open the shades, I was looking at a large green equipment box. So I told the a much more friendly receptionist in the morning, and he moved us to another room where my window opens to a street! Much better !
