My family stayed here for 4 nights to attend wedding activities and had a great time. From making the reservations, to check in, and to check out, was smooth and easy. Contact with the host was timely with very clear instructions and helpful information. This is a historical home that has been updated, keeping the bones, flooring and trim of the original building. It is a lovely mix. The place was spacious, had 3 bedrooms with generous closets, a modern full bath with fluffy clean towels, modern full kitchen for meal prep and clean up, an eat in kitchen and a separate dining room when all is of were together for a meal, a separate living room with a tv and large comfortable sectional that seated us all. The beds were comfortable with soft, clean linens and comforters and we enjoyed the extras of shampoo/conditioner in the bath.This is a great location! Several restaurant options just outside the door. Close to buses and just a short walk to the train. We would stay here again if we return to Chicago! Thank you!
