Bien situé, confortable et propre
Hôtel super bien situé (à deux pas de Michigan Avenue) très propre, bon accueil. On s'est senti en sécurité. Personnel à l'écoute. Point negatif, le petit déjeuner. 17$ pour un choix ultra limité. (Nous n'avons déjeuner qu'une seule fois). Extérieur un peu défraîchi.

I was enjoying my stay until we found bed bags in our room and because I traveled so far and hotel availability was limited we were unable to book another stay elsewhere. The property moved us to another room and they offer us complimentary breakfast and a credit, however, it wasn’t received.

We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel, everything was fine, the staff very friendly helpful and nice - special shoutout to the breakfast crew - their sugar waffles were amazing hehe! They were very helpful as well, we didn’t get their names but management should really award them! The hotel is conveniently located very close to the magical mile, all within walkable distance. We enjoyed the gym and the pool - everything is very well maintained and most importantly for me - clean! Highly recommend

Our room was perfect, spacious and clean. Don’t be fooled when they say they have a restaurant on site. The bar/restaurant is a small extremely limited menu of about 5 items. The location of the hotel is thankfully located near Shake Shack, and other restaurants. We also found the Bally casino which was a plus!

Friendly with easy check in. Staff checked people entering the lobby for keys to ensure security. Given we were downtown, it was a bit noisy at night but thankfully we were on the top floor. We returned on our last evening and spent time in the lounge. We brought food back and were able to eat in the lounge. Our bartender was fabulous. We could also stay an hour after the bar closed at 11.

This hotel wasn’t anything great. Yes the location is good but there are other hotels that are better within the similar area. The overall property needs A LOT OF Work and the floors were very dirty. There were holes and stains on our comforter . The first night barely could sleep bc the sheets and comforter were so itchy. And when we ask for new sheets and pillow cases it took them HOURS. The staff is not helpful at all and don’t care about the guests experience. The WiFi is awful could barely watch TV or even be on your phone with the wifi connected. Also the breakfast is 17$ for one person. It’s way too overpriced and there was not many options. It was our first time coming here and it’s the last time!
