"The property was as depicted in the pictures. I have to give the owners props. The place didn’t smell mildewy like a lot of beach properties do. Communication was top notch, and the check in process was as easy as it gets. Would highly recommend. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The property, the view and location were nice. The only negative was the Mongols motorcycle club convention that was going on in the area. Having bikers standing guard on every corner, with the restaurants full of Mongols carrying large knifes, was uncomfortable on vacation with kids. I assume that this was just bad timing and would normally not be an issue. There were no issues though, just a comfort thing."

"Me and a friend were in town for a concert and decided to arrive the night before and leave the next of the event, this house was perfect and had so much character to it, being in the historic part of Portsmouth, we knew exactly what to expect! If we ever go back that away, we will definitely rent it again."

"If your goal is to have a convenient place in Elizabeth city this place hits the spot. "

"Location was good in terms of what we needed and property provided all necessary household things you would need to clean the place. However, owner was not and still is not responsive. Refrigerator did not work. A/C did not work. Lock on door was loose. Backyard had massive camping trailer through it. Save your money."

"This was the first vacation my girls and I took as a family and it was amazing! I could not have asked for a better view and the apartment was beautiful! The beds were sooo comfortable and those pillows were heaven! I am hoping to rent from Southern Hospitality LLC for our next trip as well. Thanks George!!!"

"We utilized this apartment for a weekend stay and could not promote this property enough. It is in a nice area and right by the beach. The apartment had just what we needed and was very clean and cute. Definitely would recommend!"

"We enjoyed our stay in VA beach. The option of sitting on the lawn or in beach chairs on the sand gave us the flexibility to enjoy the ocean view each day. We also enjoyed our balcony. Having an assigned parking spot made parking a breeze."
