The unit itself is all on one level, making it a great option for guests with limited mobility. IMPORTANT: We do not manage the elevator. It is owned and operated by the HOA. In the event of elevator failure, we will report the incident to the board and file a maintenance claim. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence.
