My family and I needed a place that was close to Charleston Southern while I was visiting my son. This quaint, townhouse rental is nestled in a family neighborhood about 12 minutes from Charleston Southern University. The host was very responsive and courteous when I had a question. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. It was a very pleasant stay! ##### Michele S. This place was great. It smelled super clean right when you walked in. It was a quiet location and was easy to get to all the different sights in the area. Certainly not extremely clean. Was not allowed to use the dishwasher for the instructions. I would say the neighborhood was certainly not safe. The code given to me by the host for the laundry room did not work. The electronic lock had to be almost broken because it took at least four attempts every time to try to get into the house.
