Staff made this stay lovely. The room was okay but the bathroom had mold and a dripping sink. The pillows were flat. The location was exceptional where you could walk to museums, parks, attractions and the market.

The staff was professional; the rooms were clean and the hospitality staff were very attentive. The location of the hotel was walkable to many restaurants and shops which was great! The only downside was that the pool was out of commission and we were not told about it - we had to ask and we were given the choice to walk to another hotel to use their pool; it was an inconvenience -I wish I had known about it beforehand.

Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Bathroom consistently had an odor that smelled like urine. Otherwise, everything was clean and more than efficient. We enjoyed our stay at the Lindy Renaissance Hotel! It was perfectly located for everything we wanted to do .
