This light-filled second-floor apartment is available for 30-night minimum rentals. The property is located in the Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood, just one block from King Street. Situated at the end of an historic cobblestone alley, the apartment is a peaceful retreat from the bustling city-life. Please note this unit is handicap inaccessible. Courtyard & Heated Pool are shared. The Space: Walk through the private entrance to find boutique furnishings, plank hardwood floors, and comfortable accommodations. The suite features a Queen size bed, cozy sitting area, and a generous kitchenette. The bathroom has a large tiled shower and ample storage space. The kitchenette features a full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee machine, and a two-burner cooktop. Guests will have access to the shared courtyard with a koi pond, as well as the heated saltwater pool. There is one private off-street parking space included at no additional cost. Park your car and walk everywhere. Prime location with quick and easy access to surrounding areas! Guest Access: This is a private apartment with it's own separate entrance. You have to walk a little ways to get to lower Kings street (about 15 min walk) but it was nice and we love walking! We Lyft or Ubered to Folley Beach and walked everywhere else! I suggest getting your groceries delivered your first day to have some supplies at the place if you don’t want to eat out every meal. The neighbors upstairs were a little loud at times, but there is a noise machine in the apartment if you need it. Bed was very soft and pillows were very comfy as well! Great stay! This was our first time in Charleston and this was the perfect location. We walked to King street and actually put in about 8 miles in one day. A little noisy at night (as all historic homes are) but the sound machine provided made a world of difference and we had a great night of sleep!
