Our two 135 sqm accommodations, with 3 bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms in total, offer everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Explore the rich culture and breathtaking beauty of Chania and its surroundings from our prime location. Come and experience the ultimate Greek getaway at Makis Land.  
  
The Space:  
Welcome to Makis Land, where luxury and comfort meet to create the perfect holiday escape. Our two accommodations, both in total 135 sq.m, offer a haven of relaxation and tranquility.  
  
As you step into the first accommodation, you'll be greeted by a bright and spacious living room, complete with a comfortable sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen that's ideal for preparing delicious meals. With a kitchen table for up to four people, you'll have plenty of space to dine and relax. The first accommodation also features a bathroom with a refreshing shower, and a cozy bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together with an upper deck. The bedroom comes equipped with air conditioning, a 40 inch smart TV, and a wardrobe, while the window allows natural light to flood in throughout the day.  
  
Head upstairs to the second ensuite bedroom in the loft, which features a comfortable double bed with a ceiling, air conditioning, a 40 inch smart TV, and a wardrobe room. You'll also find a bathroom with a refreshing shower, and a French door and window that offer breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape and allow the sunlight to pour in.  
  
The second accommodation also offers a bright and inviting living area, complete with a sofa bed, a TV, and a small table for up to two people. The ensuite bedroom comes equipped with a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, and a wardrobe, while the window offers stunning views of the picturesque landscape.  
  
Step outside and soak up the warm Greek sun in our outdoor area, complete with a 21 sqm swimming pool and a children's pool for our younger guests. Relax on the outdoor furniture and enjoy the breathtaking views of the sea and mountains that surround you. The existence of a BBQ gives you the perfect opportunity to spend quality time with your loved ones while enjoying some delicious food. The Neighborhood:  
Welcome to Chania, a beautiful city in Crete that offers a perfect blend of relaxation, culture, and adventure. Just 17 km northeast of Chania lies the peaceful seaside area of Stavros, where you can unwind and enjoy a laid-back holiday. The long sandy beach is a great spot for a refreshing swim, and you'll find mini-markets and snack bars conveniently located nearby.  
  
For those who seek more active pursuits, there are plenty of beaches to explore around Stavros. Kalathas, just 6 km south, is a popular sandy beach with facilities for windsurfing and water games. Tersanas, only 5 km southwest, is another excellent option for swimming and relaxation. And for a more secluded and unspoiled beach experience, don't miss Seitan Limania, located 16.2 km away. It requires a relatively steep descent but the beauty of the beach is worth it.
