For your information, part of the picture window is broken and will be repaired in September 2026; a board has been placed there for your safety. However, the other part of the window allows you to go outside without any problem.

• The Yellow Room with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a chest of drawers
• A first bathroom located in the sleeping area on the ground floor, featuring a bathtub, towel warmer, double sink, bidet, and hair dryer
• A second bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and hair dryer
• A laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, cleaning supplies and accessories, as well as indoor and outdoor games

Outside, you'll find an unfenced 1,400 m² garden with outdoor lighting, a patio, and garden furniture. A barbecue is also available so you can enjoy meals outdoors.

You'll be able to park up to 3 vehicles on the property.

The Parc de la Sablière is a 20-minute walk away, and the famous Petits Trains de Vendée are just a 9-minute drive away. The seaside resorts of Saint-Jean-de-Monts and Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, located 22 and 30 minutes away by car, respectively, are perfect for enjoying the beaches, water sports, and the atmosphere of the Vendée coast.
