"The location of the property is perfect if you want to be in the city centre. We could not be more satisfied with the location and the apartment itself. Well decorated with great space and the views were amazing. We were between staying in Bellagio or Como and so happy we made the decision with Como. We would stay in this apartment again for sure! Communication with the property managers was excellent."

The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We did not have a lot of noise from the street except the occasional traffic. The property managers were very responsive and helpful. The pictures don't do this home justice - the view is just incredible, the home is very tastefully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning. We've visited Como many times but this is by far the best home we have stayed in. Barrie is a great host and provided us with excellent knowledge of the area including advice on his favourite local restaurants and places to visit, which made us feel very comfortable to explore....

"I could go on and on but to keep it short and to the point, it was perfect for us. Had everything we needed. Great location, good bed, clean, roomy, modern, and great host. Can’t go wrong. The only potential issue is the stairs. Not an issue for us but it’s on the 3rd floor so carrying luggage up and down could be an issue. If we were to visit Como in the future , I would stay here again without question."

"Very nicely located property. 5-8 minutes to the water. Less than 1 km to train. Very competitive price. Only complaints, as they may be important to some renters. 4th floor walkup is 80 stairs to unit. Could be too much for some. Would've thought there would be instant coffee. Some would want tea. It's not there. Otherwise a great stay. All in all, these are minor issues unless they are deal breakers for you. They weren't for us"
