"At check in the staff was very friendly but also told me my king bed room wouldn't be ready until check in but a double was available if I wanted to pay more. I thought that was a very odd upgrade they were trying to upsell. I politely declined. The downtown location was excellent for hitting Broadway. You only have to walk two blocks to get there. It's very convenient. The free breakfast was good but they didn't always have enough seats for everyone. I think it would have been great to have a little more selection with the coffee bar, like some syrups and flavored creamer would have been appreciated. There was two bottles of complimentary water per day which was very nice. The room was nice with a large sectional and a large king bed with a.variety of pillows to choose from. Overall, I would definitely stay there again in the future. The location was great."

"Room 304 was just fine. The view from the window was really poor and unpleasant. The bathroom small and a bit run down. The hotel entry, reception area and the bars and restaurants were beautiful, elegant and sophisticated."
