"Host was very easy to get in touch with, welcoming, and helpful with dining options and things to do in the area. This unit worked perfectly for a family of 4 (kids 10 & 8). Very easy walk to the beach which is incredibly natural and private. Maybe max 10-15 people there while we were down there. Unit has a boogie board, chairs, floats etc.. The pool is super close as well. The unit had ample cleaning supplies and towels. Bedding was relatively comfortable. Each room has an AC unit. We found ourselves going over to the Wyndham Grand Mar for dinners out. The food was fantastic. You self park and it’s 5.00 for the first hour and 3.00 for every hour after. We went into Palmer for the Coastal beach shop and I bought some incredible local coffee. The Texaco gas station has essentials, there is a souvenir/liquor store/market by the main road as well with essentials. The bakery right there was awesome for donuts and fresh bread! Pico Pan Bakery. Highly recommend renting a car as the unit is isolated and quiet & nothing in walking distanceThe only negatives were the clicking noise from the units throughout the night. I googled it and it may be from running the unit at 68/69 degrees and the compressor working to keep it that cold. The other was I couldn’t get the TV to load any type of shows out in the main room. My wife and I were able to stream Netflix in the master bedroom and get some English news channels. Those negatives weren’t that big of a deal in the grand scheme! "
