The villa is stunning and set in a really quiet area of El Perello, but is only a few minutes’ walk to the stunning beach. Hay opcion de hacer actividades para los adolescentes (buceo con bombona, tuna turn, cayack, snorkel.....) aguas transparentes y calientes. "When we arrived we were greeted in a friendly manner. Everything was as described or as you can see in the pictures. We especially liked the large pool, the outdoor dining area, the simple furnishings and the proximity to the sea. If you had any questions, you immediately got a friendly answer from the owner. We also found out that there are no pool towels and the cleanliness is not really good in some places. The location is very quiet and the beautiful beach is not overcrowded. For shopping...

"House was lovely….multiple stories with a sea view from everywhere. Enjoyed the patios, jacuzzi and pool. Quiet area during the week, but neighborhood got much busier on the weekend. Only negative is the drive up/down the mountain. Thought it was a little treacherous on some of the curves and switchbacks if another vehicle was approaching in opposite direction. Manager and owner were very quick to respond to our questions. But those views….."

Tout se fait à pieds à 5 min du port de plaisance et 10 minutes de la plage et des commerces et des restaurants. Magnifique et grande piscine très appréciable avec cette chaleur. "Beautiful property as shown in pictures. JORDI was super easy to connect with. Neither the pool nor hot tub is heated, which probably isn’t an issue when the weather co-operates but made it unusable for us. Quiet neighborhood, you definitely need a car but it is very central for exploring the area. The beaches around this area are beautiful. I would recommend this property to anyone."

"Enjoyed our stay in Roses. The view from the apartment is incredible, better than advertised. Everything you need is a 5 minute walk down the hill, beachfront bars, restaurants and a well stocked market. The beach trails are beautiful too. The unit itself was comfortable and well equipped. "A great, big and friendly house. Pool, Tennis, Garden all perfect. We enjoyed most the un complicated precedure and the freedom we had. It’s not new but this makes it - ready to use, everything available what is needed and in an area which is great. 10 min to the city, located in a safe and silent area - we loved it and recommending it to everyone who likes it „cool“, big, easy …."
