"Looooooooveeeeed it!!! One of the best hotels in Italy!! We felt in love with this property and their staff!!! It was perfection!! We are really happy we stayed here!! Almost all staff was very welcoming and helpful. We used every single amenity in the hotel , we went to both restaurants and both were amazing , really good food, the Michelin star with only 5 tables restaurant was a beautiful experience, we went to the Roof top every night and every day to the dry martini bar that is the only one in Italy and every single time was fantastic ,they have a beautiful garden that makes you feel in fairytale; we had breakfast every day but it was the only off thing about the place, you can tell every single item in the buffet is super processed food , it was boring because every day is the same thing…. For sure packaged foods!! Also our room was really hot we could control the A/C so that was very uncomfortable for us. I would def recommend this hotel but make sure to go during spring…summer I wouldn’t recommend…if in spring was hot I don’t want to know how bad it could get in summer."

"Balcony view was incredible! Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with beautiful sea view! staff was very friendly and accommodating and knowledgeable. Maid was very nice and rooms very clean. Hotel near eateries and train to Sorrento. if you want a nice view, get the balcony of view. Beach was very pretty with chairs and umbrellas for a small fee."

"Location is absolutely beautiful! Short walk to the beach, pool, restaurants & boat pier for rides to Capri or Amafali. The ladies working are kind, helpful & do an amazing job with transportation, excursions and most importantly breakfast! Starting everyday out on the deck with that fantastic coffee! We arranged a taxi pickup through the hotel at Napoli and it worked out perfect!"

"During all of my travel experiences, I have never had the pleasure of experiencing as attentive and caring staff members as I did during my stay here. They were all friendly, extremely helpful and made me feel at home. My every need was taken care of expeditiously and with a smile. The breakfasts were outstanding and Chef Nella took obvious pride in the plentiful breakfast that she provided. She even went out of her way to prepare a breakfast for me before the official breakfast started as I was departing early on a day trip. The beach club and its staff were equally spectacular. The location is ideal just steps from the hotel. The staff remembered me by name and were extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was also ideal, in that it was close enough to many major attractions, but out of the hustle and bustle of bigger cities like Sorrento or Naples. It allowed me to live a truly Italian experience and one that I will never forget. I would highly recommend this location and property to anyone who asked me. Thank you once again to all of the staff who took me in like a wayward son!!"
