The property includes a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom set within a trullo and a third double bedroom, all with air conditioning. One of the rooms allows for an additional single bed when needed. The house offers three bathrooms with showers, one of which is designed to be easily accessible.

Outdoor spaces are generous and varied. Three shaded gazebos are positioned around the property — near the kitchen, on the main terrace with dining and lounge areas, and beside the pool — allowing outdoor life to follow the rhythm of the day.
