\*PLEASE NOTE\*  
At the moment there are scaffoldings around the building but they don't obstruct the view.  
Due to this inconvenience, the prices are 50% lower than usual.   
  
Bright and stylish apartment overlooking the sea, which it lies just 20 meters from the apartment.  
The house is on the coast and is 30 minutes away from Naples center.  
Coming with a car is suggested.  
There is a large shared swimming pool with a fee entrance accessible for the guests opened only in the summer time.

This listing should not be on VRBO... everything from the get go was terrible. We were promises a luxurious sea front property but the whole area is dirty and falling apart. Impossible to park. We looked at the place and turned around. Owner apologized and promised us a refund but have not gotten anything a week later. The building is in chambles. The whole area is a ghetto... We got pulled over by the police who were wounderong why foreign tourists were in the area. This is a scam. No way this place has a Réal 9.4/10 on over 100 reviews. Do not book this property.

Appartement au top, lumineux avec magnifique vue sur la mer, bien situé proches de commerces, restaurants et services. Appartement fonctionnel avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, laver les vêtements. La literie est très confortable.
