"Great staff, big hotel if at end of hallway lots of walking. Stained carpet both in the room and hallways making it look outdated and dirty."

Hotel YIT Ciudad de Zaragoza

Hotel YIT Ciudad de Zaragoza

10/10 Excellent
"We arrived late in the evening and Eduardo was beyond helpful. He was polite, friendly, patient, and informative- in a way that two incredibly tired tourists who had never been to Zaragoza greatly appreciated. We were there for the eclipse and he took the time to describe open areas around the city for us to investigate and even helped to schedule a cab for us as we were leaving at 2 am the following day. The other staff members that we interacted with during our stay were also extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet was incredible and had so many options, the view from our rooms was amazing and the location of the hotel was so super easy to get to from the bus lines! We will be traveling to Zaragoza again and I will look to book at Hotel YIT Ciudad de Zaragoza first. I really don't think our trip would have been as relaxing as it was (or our eclipse spot as perfect) if it wasn't for Eduardo's help."

"The staff were really helpful and kind. A large group of us had an early start to the airport well before breakfast time and they arranged excellent “to go” breakfast bags of fantastic quality so a huge thank you to them for doing that"

El Aguila Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"Nous avons tellement bien dormi. C’était propre et l’air climatisé était essentiel. Personnel aidant et courtois. J’ai bien aimé le petit endroit à l’extérieur où on pouvait profiter de l’extérieur à l’ombre sous l’olivier. C’est dans un quartier industriel où il fait de déplacer en voiture. Non loin de la ville Utebo qui était bien plaisante."

8/10 Good
"What a fun place to stay. Beautiful gardens, lovely pool area. Bar and restaurant with good food. The staff were really helpful and friendly. On the downside, no tea and coffee facilities in our room or fridge and the music on the outside terrace was pretty loud and intrusive. Worked really well for our one night stopover."
