« Breakfast didn’t start at 6:00 like stated. We left at 6:15 and breakfast was still not opened. The 4 coffee containers were cold and not heated up at all. Coffee was ice cold. Tried to check out and get a receipt but all there was was a box on the front counter saying out key cards and sleeve in this box to check out. It was a joke. »

« Staff person at check in was not friendly; gave no details about breakfast hours or anything. I asked for the nearest pharmacy and was told there was one in Middlebury, not very helpful. I had requested low mobility room, was put on 2nd floor and no elevator. »
