« What a perfect lake front cottage! This cottage was super clean, and stocked with all of the basic needs (paper towels, TP, bath/beach towels etc). The outdoor deck was great for grilling with stunning sunset views and the lakeside deck/dock was great for quiet morning reading and perfect for the jet skis we rented, and fishing. all the beds were super comfortable- confirmed by teenage boys! « This was our second time at this property. It is a beautiful place to stay and the downstairs addition was an incredible bonus. Lots of space for our large family. The host is quickly responsive to any questions. We definitely will be returning. »

« Love that the property is so close to the water. The boys caught so many fish even right off the dock. The sand bar is so close but where the property is, it's so quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning did a great job keeping it cold. »

« Really thoughtful touches - we played Jenga every night. I had a medical emergency with one of my kids and property manager was available and helpful (thank you!!). Kitchen was well stocked and location is so amazing. It isn’t directly on the lake but walk 300 meters and you are there. We loved hiking Lake Sebago!!!The location is close to restaurants and shops but remote enough you have a “cabin in the woods feel.”10/10 recommend. »

There wa plenty of seating for meals. The stairs to the lake are well-maintained an has benches at every landing should you need to rest. The boats, paddles, and PFDs were in good condition. « We had a lovely stay at Joan’s lakeside home. The place was roomy and exceptionally clean and very well stocked when it came to kitchen items, towels, games, etc… The grounds are expansive and the views of the lake are magical. We have family just down the road and the location could not have been better. We look forward to returning next year! »
