"I had a wonderful stay here!!! The hotel is write on the harbor. The same side of Waterside as the Spirit of Norfolk and the Ferry. Each are walkng distance from this Beautiful hotel!!! The hotel and it's rooms are clean and comfortable. I melted into my bed after enjoying the brunch cruise on the Spirit of Norfolk. The Valet parking is a bonus!! I highly recommend and I shall return!!!"

We booked through Expedia for only a 1 night stay and when we arrived to check in, they didn’t have any of the type of room we reserved, so they downgraded. The front desk person basically said our room wasn’t guaranteed because we booked through Expedia. We would stay again but book with the hotel directly."
