We know you will have a Fin-tastic time at our charming, family friendly, centrally located 2bed/2bath Ocean Front condo! Take a front-row seat every morning with coffee or breakfast and watch the waves roll in! Enjoy the salt water pool, on site laundry, assigned parking, ocean access, a shared grilling space and everything this casual and comfortable condo has to offer! Visit the Carolina Beach Boardwalk where you’ll discover classic family fun, shops, restaurants and entertainment. In summer months, the seaside amusement park offers amusement rides, fireworks and concert series. We are excited to share our vacation home with you!

You'll be able to take in ocean views from the main living areas of the condo. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials you'd need to make a home cooked meal during your stay, and there's a dining table with seating for 4. The living room centers around the balcony door so you can enjoy the views while relaxing at the end of the day. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed, and the secondary bedroom has 2 twin beds.

Visit the Carolina Beach Boardwalk where you’ll discover classic family fun, shops, restaurants and entertainment. In summer months, the seaside amusement park offers amusement rides, fireworks and concert series. We are excited to share our vacation home with you!

Guests will have full access to the entire condo, balcony, community amenities and assigned parking space. There is a locked owner's closet for our storage, but other than that you'll be able to use everything in the condo.

Wonderful view
Having coffee on the porch and watching the dolphins swim and jump was the best part. I didn’t want to leave. Great location and very quiet. Of course we were there in February but we plan to stay there again soon!

We had a great trip even in a hurricane. If you are wine drinkers make sure you bring your own glasses. They only had 1 wine glass at the house.

This was a nice top floor condo on the oceanfront with all amenities and a comfy bed. Only a short walk to the boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views but…
The views are spectacular from this 3rd floor beach condo, we enjoyed many mornings sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise. The pool was great and the beach less than 100 steps from your doorstep. Location is very nice. A few things future guests may want to know before renting the property. All 3 of the beds had loose headboards that would squeak and bang the walls whenever you moved around. When we arrived the air vent and air filter were caked on with dust, a good 2” thick. Not only does this make the a/c not work as well, but it’s also very unhealthy. We spent the first 30 minutes of our stay vacuuming the vent and filters to ensure it was cleaned off, the best we could. The rest of the condo was cleaned as expected. There was a 1” gap at the top of the master balcony door open to the outside, one night we found a large spider above the door inside, presumably having entered through said gap. We’ve stayed in this building before and would probably stay in it again, but I’m not sure we’d stay in this condo unless the above mentioned issues are fixed.

Amazing place to stay!
This was by far my family’s favorite place we have stayed yet. It is on the beach so you didn’t have to walk far at all, which is great with small kids. It was so clean! All the blankets smelled liked they had just been washed. The kitchen had everything that you would need to cook small meals. There were minimal breakable decorations. Which I know is weird to say, but as a parent to a child who likes to throw things it was definitely a huge plus. The view from the balcony was perfect! They had more than enough towels for a family of 4 & provided a 3 in 1 shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The mattresses & pillows were incredibly comfortable as well as the couch which I fell asleep on multiple nights. The pool was very clean as well. We never used the laundry room but it was nice to know it was there if needed. It is close enough to all the fun activities & food, but far enough away that you have peace. This is definitely somewhere that we hope to visit again on future trips!
