« Nice and close to Carlsbad caverns. The house isn’t large, but has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, large kitchen, TVs everywhere. Great use of space. »

« Convenient location to Carlsbad Caverns. Lots of rooms and beds. Overall vey clean and comfortable but one of our party thought his sheets had an odor. TV in every room with lots of channels on Roku. Would certainly stay again. »

« My husband ended up making this work trip without me and mentioned it would have been tight for the two of us had I came on the trip with him and stayed here. Small bedroom and bath but the home was very clean with a comfortable bed and very responsive host! It's perfect for one person and he would stay again if traveling alone. »

« This property is located perfectly for day trips to Carlsbad Caverns, Roswell, and White Sands. The house is a clean, cool, and calm oaises. The kitchen was stocked with a few basics for cooking (spices & EVOO). Great restaurants close by. »

« Check in was smooth and easy, we had the code the day before sent to us so we were ready to go. All the host asked was for us to let them know when we left. The house was very clean and the furnishings were cute and comfortable. The sheets smelled really clean like they’d just been washed. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Carlsbad Caverns or Guadalupe it was a great location to see both. »

« Fine property but several inconveniences. Upstairs shower is very small, not usable for any adult or teenager, so expect to only have one shower. Additionally main shower head is damaged and has a significant leak out the bottom of the head. No kitchen trash bags or paper towels were provided so we had to go buy some. Overall it was good for a weekend stay where we weren't at the house much. »

« House is cute and in a nice walkable neighborhood. The upstairs of the home (kit, living room, dining) was nice. Owners had a great coffee area set up, only thing was there were not coffee filters, so we didn't get to take advantages of the coffee. The downstairs was disappointing, the carpet is stained and the downstairs area smells. I guess this is good for those who have their pets (which we did not). « My parents live in Carlsbad and we needed a house for all our family who came to visit. The property has a lot of potential and decorated very nicely but it is really in need of some maintenance. The pool was dirty although I was told it was clean. We brushed it out but the filters Don’t work properly. The railing into the pool is broken and potentially dangerous. « My friend and I spent a week traveling NM and stayed here after visiting Carlsbad caverns. It’s a really cute house, the area felt very safe, and it’s by plenty of food and grocery stores. Would definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area! »

« The house was cute, the neighborhood felt a little rough. Lots of wear and tear on the property (loose towel holders and outlets that were completely disconnected from the wall that we had to warn our children about). The property manager was very kind. I felt like the price was very steep for what we got and the fees made it outrageous. »
