Play ping pong, Pac Man arcade games, Snes Games, have dinner under the gazebo, or roast marshmallows at the fire pit - you are going to LOVE this home! 2 bedrooms have king beds with duvet covers that are washed after each guest just like the Ritz Carlton! We loved the high ceilings and open feel of the common room. The beds were comfortable, our 9 year old loved the bunk beds, and the washer/dryer access comes in handy after a long day of hiking. We really enjoyed the town, the local zoo, Carlsbad Caverns, and Guadalupe Mountains. The host was very responsive, respectful, and professional. We found this delightful home to be exactly what we needed. The hosts were excellent in their communications, the home was comfortable, clean and had great amenities. We especially liked all the labels on the switches, cabinets etc, so helpful. ##### Vicky T. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent. We were not able to enjoy the outdoor space due to weather, but it looked very peaceful and relaxing. My son and I had a ping pong tournament every night and also enjoyed Pac-Man!
