« The house and farm are beautiful! Everything is neat and clean; and beautifully decorated. Beds are very comfortable. And Julia is the absolute best host! Great communication; Fully stocked refrigerator and pantry, including homemade chocolate chip cookies and so many other “extras”!! Even helped arrange a last minute awesome tour at a local stallion farm on Derby weekend. The best VRBO stay ever! »

« The property and house were both wonderful. The views of the Kentucky hills with horses grazing, rabbits, chickens, ducks and geese roaming added to the entire experience! Our host was extremely friendly to everyone in our group. A foal was born during our time there and he willingly shared the experience with us and put up with our constant checking on the other horses that were also ready to foal. « Excellent working farm in the rolling countryside of Kentucky. Host was so kind. Treated us to some of their produce straight from their garden. Gave us a tour of their working fiber mill on the farm that uses their own wool from their sheep and lamas. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. Overall just a quiet restful place to take a step back in time. Looking forward to visiting again in the future »

« Great location in Horse country!! The house was in need of some attention. The front glass door was falling off and wouldn’t close, the outside entry stairs are in disrepair and need to be redone, and the master bath facet was really leaking. »

« Nice, clean place. Comfortable and private. It was a little out of the way from Red River Gorge - about 25 minute drive. It was great for the three of us, not sure I’d want to try and add a 4th. The kids loved the pac man game!! »
