"The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent, though the menu could have had more fresh options. The bar had a reasonable selection of drinks. However, the bed was noticeably dented/sagging in the middle, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable. A new mattress or at least better support would make a big difference. Overall the property is fine, but the bed quality needs attention."

"Had difficulty in finding the hotel but locals helped. We were pleased to find a parking space below the hotel. Your female receptionist was extremely helpful and professional. We arrived around 11.15 am Monday 30th April 2026\. We were very happy with the room. Spacious, clean, modern a large very comfortable bed and bathroom with a bath. We didn’t eat at the hotel purely because it was a birthday celebration so chose to eat in one of the Cardiff city restaurants. We did have a drink in the restaurant when we are back. Thank you. We enjoyed our visit to Cardiff and enjoyed our stay at the hotel. "
