Nestled amidst abundant open spaces and preserved farmland, this home provides easy access to Higbee's Beach—perfect for birding enthusiasts—and is conveniently close to local vineyards and distilleries. All this, while being just minutes away from the charming center of Victorian Cape May.This residence features 3 generously sized bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The expansive living area offers plenty of room to relax and unwind, and the home is complemented by an in-ground pool with blue stone hardscape and an outside shower. On the first floor, you'll find a living room, dining area, kitchen with island seating for three, mudroom, a half bathroom, and an outside deck/screened porch. The main bedroom is also conveniently located on the first floor and comes with an ensuite bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and double sinks.The second floor includes two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom that features a tub/shower and double sinks. The house was amazing in a quiet neighborhood away from the summer crowds in downtown Cape May. An easy ride into town for dinner each night.
