The front stairs lead you to enjoy the private, spacious, wrap around Mahogany deck with plenty of room for relaxing on the super comfy rocking chairs, enjoying an afternoon cocktail/board games, and outdoor dining all with a street and pool view. This 1st floor poolside condo has custom details throughout: Brazilian cherry hardwood floors, built-in antique fireplace mantles, Carrara marble subway tile shower, original converted gas light bedroom fixtures, custom molding throughout, Clawfoot tub, marble sinks, stained glass features, custom corner bedroom closets, granite kitchen counters, and custom farmhouse kitchen cabinets.
