House "Teresa" is a stunning vacation rental located in the charming hamlet of Segromigno Monte, just 8 km from the historic center of Lucca. Surrounded by a beautifully landscaped, well-kept garden, this property boasts a spacious outdoor area of 10,000 m2, fully fenced for privacy and security. It features a private garden spanning 1,000 m2, a large swimming pool (12 x 6 m) with an outdoor shower, convenient parking for up to two cars, and high-speed internet wifi.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a beautifully landscaped, well-kept garden spanning 10,000 m2, fully fenced for privacy and security. The private garden measures 1,000 m2 and features a large, sparkling swimming pool (12 x 6 m) with an outdoor shower. This pool is available for seasonal use from May 15th to October 1st, perfect for swimming laps or lounging in the sun.

The owner lives on the same property, ensuring you always have assistance and support during your stay. The property is conveniently located just 35 km from the center of Pisa, 73 km from Florence, and 40 km from the sandy beaches of Viareggio, with easy access to the railway station "Tassignano" just 6.5 km away.

The living/sleeping room features a comfortable double sofa bed, a dining table, and satellite TV for your entertainment. Enjoy the sunshine and fresh air as you step out onto the terrace.  
  
The bedroom has two beds for a good night's sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, toaster, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. There are also four gas rings for your convenience.  
  
The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. You'll stay comfortable with air-conditioning and forced-air heating (extra).  
  
Take advantage of the terrace and garden with terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, and deck chairs. You'll also have access to a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, and baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra).  
  
Stay connected with free WiFi, and keep your car safe with reserved parking for two cars (fenced) at the house. Non-smokers only, and 1 pet/dog is allowed.
