One-bedroom flat located on the 5th floor of a building with a lift and a shared outdoor pool, only 310mt from the sea. It is composed of a living room with a double sofa bed, an open plan kitchen, a dining table, a spacious balcony, a bedroom with a double bed plus a single bed, and a full bathroom with a shower box. One uncovered parking spot is included. It can accommodate up to five guests. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.°Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, décor and colors may vary)
