Guy with braces danced amazingly. -Marna (Security): Super helpful, always checked on us. -Dwayne (Gelato): Sweet to children. -Anthony (Moonlight Bar): Got passion fruit for drinks. -Felisha (Reef): Got rice when phone fell in pool. -Nathaniel: Addressed omelet staff attitude. -Shernett (Poolside): Always smiling, brought drinks. -Ricard (Manager): Got Sophia when off-duty. -Vanessa (Cafe), Ron (Kids Pool), Atikah(Food Truck) she needed assistance bad, it was just her: All great. Opportunity Staff: -Andre (Check-in): Long process, no welcome drinks -Akila/Anika (Concierge): Poor communication - Monique: (Operator) Wrong info about kids club, s - Omelet lady with braids: Rude attitude **Issues:** Cleanliness process problems, phone system broken, safety concerns (inflatable burst), understaffing, room cleaning glitches. Positives: Clean rooms, great entertainment, excellent Italian food, fun pool activities. Out of all the hotels I’m been to, this is by FAR the best hotel I’ve been to. The entire property is aesthetically pleasing! The staff was amazing and pleasant. Nicola and Carlolyn from the Spa were EXCEPTIONAL. I really felt at home. I def will be back… 100/10 def will recommend
