Named after the friendly deer that roam the area, this home is ready to welcome you to a fun, casual retreat near the golf course! Enjoy board games together or open up the dartboard inside a space cooled by central air conditioning in every room. Outside, you can grill out on the furnished patio and enjoy the fresh summertime air. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan and an en suite bathroom (one also has a hallway entrance). The private washer/dryer is here to help in case anyone spills or decides to splash in the lake. Settle in at a family-friendly home ready to welcome your whole group!

Guests are within walking distance of Lakeside Golf Club, a public par-72 golf course with water challenges at every hole. For lake fun, Canyon Lake Boat Ramp 3 is just under two miles away. When you're ready for dinner, Bare Bull BBQ and Rockin Roadrunner are both within three miles of the home.

Needs some help
No instructions from the property owner. TV did not work until 2nd or 3rd day..TV in bedroom never worked. Not clean. Could have been appropriate for a hunting fishing lodge. Stayed two weeks, no vacuum cleaner. Golf course was really not even playable. Not what we expected.

Nice stay
We just spent Memorial long weekend at Canyon lake area. Very clean, conveneint design of the rooms. The most attractive is there are many deers at backyard at dawn ans dusk, so cozy.

Winter monthly stay
Generally clean except for outdoor grill which we didn't use. Kitchen was adequately equipped. We appreciated the cable TV and the washer/dryer and garage. We rented this because of the location to the lake and golf course, but accessibility to the lake was a problem although there's a limit to its use of it during the winter cool temps. Golf course was poorly maintained - see reviews online.

Great Duplex, Very Clean
This place was a great resting spot when we visited Cayon Lake. Everything was very clean and nice. Would definitely stay again, it’s perfect for a small family/group. GREAT location!
