"The worst hotel we've ever stayed at in this price range, we were amazed at the lack of quality and service for the price! Very disappointed by our 200€ a night room: - in dire need of refurbishing - holes and tears in the curtains, with suspicious black stains - 2 single beds instead of the double bed we requested, not nice for a couple on a getaway - mattress so firm that we hardly slept and hurt our back - room was very cold and no possibility to change the temperature - very basic and old bathroom, with chipped tiles; the shower looking like something from several decades ago - we've been all over the world and this is literally the only room we've ever seen without complimentary water available! There is a fridge in the room but it is useless unless you plan to refrigerate tap water Then the service: - check-in and out took forever - parking was in addition and was expensive We do not recommend this hotel at all! "

"Un très bel hôtel, chambre spacieuse, récemment rénovée à beaucoup de style. Très bonne isolation phonique malgré la proximité de l'autoroute. Des travaux de rénovation subsistent mais ne créent pas de désagrément en soirée et nuit. Un choix de différents restaurants ou "snaking" très pratique. Je regrette juste l'accueil assez froid à la réception mais c'est un détail."

"nous avons bien passe une belle reveillon et nouvel an a Leuven! se garer c facile, hotel est propre et tres accueil, service petit dejeuner est impecable, salle de sport est tres bien equique. La chambre pour la famille avec 2 enfants sont assez espacieuse. Nous sommes tres sactisfaites"
