Pièces de vies et de nuits séparées par une porte coulissante, disposant d'une cuisine / Salon/ SaM fonctionnels, et d'une grande chambre avec lit en 160 + une chambre avec deux lits en 90 superposés. Salle de bain très correcte avec grande douche à l'italienne (dispose d'un lave linge récent). La terrasse est grande et bien amenagée. Ce logement situé au 2éme dispose de plus d'une place de parking privée, couverte et sécurisée (portail avec télécommande). Centre ville à 10mn à pied par le Passage. Très appréciable la place sur parking fermé et couvert. Très appréciable également le fait que la rue soit une impasse ce qui réduit beaucoup le passage des voitures.. L'appartement très bien et très propre. Literie parfaite, cuisine bien équipée, peu utilisée mais la clim est la bienvenue. Terrasse pas immense mais suffisante pour déjeuner. Très bon accueil par Éduardo pour la remise et le retour des clefs.
