Enjoy a sunny holiday in our modern and renovated apartment. Just 300 meters from Arenal-Bol beach and the lively promenade, its location is perfect for enjoying the sea and all amenities without needing a car.

This bright and comfortable accommodation is ideal for families or groups of up to 4 people. It features a living-dining room with air conditioning, sofa, reclining armchair, Smart TV, and Wi-Fi. The room opens onto a private balcony with partial sea views — perfect for outdoor breakfasts.  
  
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and all the essentials to cook just like at home. There is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine and other practical items to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
