Just a few metres from the beautiful Arenal beach, this cosy accommodation offers everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday by the sea. With capacity for up to 4 people, it features a spacious bedroom with a ceiling fan and access to a balcony with side sea views, as well as a double sofa bed in the living room.   
  
The bright dining room opens onto a glazed terrace of 10 m², a perfect space to read, rest or enjoy a quiet dinner. The independent kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave and all kinds of kitchenware, offers all the comfort to prepare your meals during your stay. The bathroom is comfortable and functional, equipped with a shower.   
  
The apartment has cold/hot air conditioning in the living-dining room and free WIFI, ensuring a comfortable stay at any time of the year. Although it does not have parking, it offers a storage room that can be used to store bicycles or other items.
