Place was never cleaned, pull back sheets and hair everywhere, ( I slept on the couch) clumps of hair in the living room, hair in tub and bathroom, brown stains on kitchen floor (I'm hoping it was chocolate). Response from management "OH, that's terrible".....I would never stay there again!

The property was great but I was a little confused at first that there was two portions of this location and the entry to our portion passed the hot tub with children. We were not even sure we were at the right location. Nice spot. I don’t feel the linens were clean and we could not launder them as requested as we didn’t have any soap to do so. But over I would rent it again.

I love how close it was to the Foothills Medical Center, as I booked my stay to visit my Grandmother. I also like the short walk to the coffee shop in the morning.

Great space close to airport when we stayed overnight before heading off to Banff/LL area, as our flight got into Calgary late in the evening. Rooms are very nice - we each had our own and then share the bathroom. If you wanted to cook/etc., the house has everything, along with sitting space/family room with games. We didn't have time to do all those as literally spending a night and then heading out in a.m. Parking is in the street; there was enough space though. The place is a little harder to find as not along the street - gotta go through the back and then down. With that said, the owner sends clear instructions on how to get to the location/front door with code.

Disappointing experience and a misleading listing. Before leaving Winnipeg, I contacted the property because I was travelling with my wife and 3 children, but received no response for almost two weeks. After driving approximately 15 hours from Winnipeg to Calgary, we arrived and discovered that the accommodation was a basement unit, which was not clearly disclosed in the listing. I felt misled. I called & txt the provided number several times with no answer. Eventually, someone responded and told me not to call and to send messages instead. When I explained the situation, I was basically told that this was the available unit and that I could cancel and find somewhere else. After a 15-hour drive with 3 children, packing everything again and finding another place was not a realistic option, so we had to stay. The basement was also extremely noisy. The old flooring/wood made every movement, footsteps, conversations and laughter from upstairs clearly audible. It often felt like the people upstairs were in the same unit. Cleanliness was another issue: dog/cat hair on the couch, ants inside the unit, items left under the TV, and a visibly dirty children’s swing in the common area. Contactless check-in is fine when everything works, but there was essentially no accessible customer service when we needed help. The property has potential, but the listing should clearly disclose that it is a basement unit, and the cleanliness, noise insulation and communication need improvement,
